The service is provided free of charge. Standard WhatsApp data costs may apply depending on your mobile data plan — we are not responsible for any data costs you incur.
We use artificial intelligence tools (including Google Gemini and Groq) to assist with improving the quality of your CV text, such as correcting spelling, enhancing job descriptions, and generating profile statements. All AI-generated text is presented to you for review and approval before it appears on your CV.
You retain ownership of all personal information and content you provide to the service. Your CV belongs to you. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over the content of your CV.
By using the service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and use your content solely for the purpose of generating your CV and operating the service. This licence ends when you delete your data (by sending RESTART).
You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide is accurate and truthful. We do not verify your qualifications, employment history, or any other information you submit. Providing false information on a CV may be unlawful and is entirely your responsibility.
We may use anonymised, aggregated insights derived from CV data (such as common skill categories across South Africa) to improve the service and for research purposes. No individual user is identifiable in this analysis.
The Send My CV name, logo, website, application code, CV templates, and all related intellectual property are owned by or licensed to . You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of our service without our prior written consent.
